How to use
- 1. Fill the bottle with 250ml of lukewarm, pre-boiled water.
- 2. Pour the contents of the sachet into the bottle.
- 3. Tighten the cap and shake the bottle well until contents have completely dissolved.
- 4. Lean over a basin and insert the nozzle tip into your nostril. While breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the bottle to release the liquid into your nasal passage.
- 5. Blow your nose and sniff the remaining solution. Repeat this step until half of the solution has been used.
- 6. Repeat the procedure with the other nostril.
