How to use
- 1. Place the tongue cleaner at the back of your tongue.
- 2. Press the tongue cleaner’s bristles against your tongue and move it slowly forward. Use gentle pressure to avoid causing any discomfort.
- 3. Move the tongue cleaner’s bristles in a sweeping motion from the back of your tongue to the front. This helps remove debris and bacteria from the tongue’s surface.
- 4. Repeat the brushing motion 2-3 times, ensuring you cover the entire surface of your tongue. Rinse the tongue cleaner’s bristles between each pass to remove accumulated debris.
- 5. After you finish brushing your tongue, rinse your mouth with water.
- 6. Rinse the silicone bristle tongue cleaner thoroughly and let it air dry.
- 7. We recommend using the tongue cleaner daily, ideally in the morning as part of your oral hygiene routine.
