How to use
Adults and Children 12 years of age and above:
- 1. Wash the area where you will apply the cold patch with soap and water. Ensure the skin is clean and free from oils, lotions and creams.
- 2. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive side of the patch. Avoid touching the adhesive side with your fingers to maintain cleanliness.
- 3. Place the patch directly onto the affected area. Press firmly to make sure it sticks properly.
