Directions for Use

Basin Preparation:

  1. Lift the toilet seat and cover. Place Movease Sitz Bath basin on toilet bowl with ‘Front’ designation towards front of bowl.
  2. Fill basin with warm water (38-40 degree Celcius), about 1/2 to 2/3 full.
  3. Insert tubing through front or rear entry hole in Sitz Bath basin. Snap or secure tube into channel in basin bottom.

Bag Preparation:

  1. Position flow control clamp towards Sitz Bath bag.
  2. Using the clamp, close tubing by sliding clamp over the tube from wide to narrow side.
  3. Open top of bag and fill with warm water (40-43 degree Celcius).
  4. Place or hang bag above Sitz Bath basin. You may place it on the cover of water tank.

Treatment:

  1. Sit in Sitz Bath for 15-20 minutes. 
  2. Maintain water temperature by adding water gradually from the bag by opening clamp. Overflow will drain through openings at back of basin.
  3. Once desired temperature is reached, close the clamp.
  4. After treatment, empty and rinse basin.
